Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Folia, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Folia provides a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for Apple device usage. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application, or extract its quote collection for redistribution.

Subscription

Folia requires a paid subscription to use. Two plans are offered, billed yearly or weekly at the prices shown in the app, through your Apple Account. The yearly plan may include a free trial period; any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

Quotes and App Content

The quotes shown in Folia are short excerpts from published works, presented with the book title and the author's name for reading and commentary. They remain the property of their respective rights holders. The app's own text, artwork and design belong to us and may not be reused without permission. When you share a card created in the app, please keep the attribution intact.

User Content

All notes you write in Folia belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content, we hold no copy of it, and you are responsible for your own backups.

Prohibited Use

Users agree not to use Folia in any way that breaks the law, violates the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Folia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developers make no guarantees regarding error-free or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folia and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of notes or other data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms follow Republic of Turkey laws.
